A message dated May 7, 2002, was read stating the Senate has passed                                 
HB 375 am with the following amendment and it is transmitted for

    SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 375(JUD)                                                           
    "An Act making corrective amendments to the Alaska Statutes as                                  
    recommended by the revisor of statutes; and providing for an
